MCQ trainings : Crisis Management, Migration , Economist
The courses for each of the profiles consists of:
- > 450 questions (or more, check always the specific training) for the MCQ test on knowledge of the respective field
- MCQ feedback on each test
- Compilation of study materials
- Pre-examination orientation session (10 days, aprox, before the exam)
- Workshop on Job Search from the reserve list
Sessions will be online (via zoom) from 18:30 to 19:30pm (CET) and will be in English (material and tests provided will be available in English). Videos and materials will be accessible for six months.

FRSTQ + Written tests training for AD7 researchers
- 3 dedicated sessions for theory and analysis of FRSTQ (Field-Related Short Text Questionnaire) and written tests (1h each, online via ZOOM). Dates: For group II – 8 and 22 January, 19 February 4 (12:30 CET) (All sessions will be recorded).
- FRSTQ tests for practice (2 per each competition profile)
- 4 proposed written tests for practice
- 4 exercises individually reviewed (among those FRSTQ or written exercises provided by YSE)
- Pre-Exam session that includes the analysis of the written test of your competition (live online – date to be confirmed depending on the EPSO documents release date)
- Possibility of practicing the written test in our platform (once the documents are published by EPSO)
- Limited study group

- Scientific research administrators (AD 7) exam – I + pre-exam workshop. A reasoning test in English (20 verbal questions, 10 numerical, 10 abstract) + 1 written test (EPSO style) + 1 FRSTQ (specific for each field of the competition). Written test and FRSTQ contain videos to explain the do’s and don’ts besides other key features. This formula also includes access to our live workshop to analyse the written test for Scientific research administrators competition once the file is published – Finished –
- Scientific research administrators (AD 7) exam – I . Working group YSE for AD5 TRANSLATORS (work group in EN) – 5 sessions – with exercise for practice : 4 Knowledge test (EN/ES – IT+FR on demand) + 10 Translation + 10 Revision (from EN/FR to all L1) + 4 Comprehension (EN/ES – IT+FR on demand)+ 1 Complete [ L1 EN/ES/IT/FR L2 EN/FR L3 EN/ES/IT/FR + Reasoning part in English and Spanish ]. CBT reasoning tests training
The training includes exercises for practice, materials and manuals. It will cover in its first 3 sessions the theory of the CBT tests, after them, session number four will be to clarify doubts and review the proposed exercises. Sessions will be from 18:30 to 20:30pm (CET) (online via Zoom) in English. All sessions will be recorded and shared, so participants can review them later.

AD5 Generalists : MCQ
The full course is composed of 10 sessions spread over six months. It includes the different modules described below, alternating in them theory, practice and exercises corrections, guidance and doubts resolution.

AD5 Generalist : Essay and Written test
The full course is composed of 5 sessions spread over six months. It includes the different modules described below, alternating in them theory, practice and exercises corrections, guidance and doubts resolution.
Places are limited (to be confirmed in order of registration) in order to ensure you take full advantage of the training and follow-up.
All sessions will be recorded so that participants can review them later.
The course consists of:
- Essay and Written test Theory and 10 exercises for practice.
- Individual feedback of the 4 Essays or Written test that make up the course.
- Essay and written test study review sessions
- Pre-examination orientation session
- Workshop on the Application
- Workshop on Job Search from the reserve list
(Depending on the official calendar set for the call by EPSO, the remaining dates will be agreed with the group of students)
All sessions will be online (via zoom) from 18:30 to 20:30pm (CET) and will be in English (material and tests provided will be available in English).

YSE – Self-study COM Internal Competition training: TEST MCQ on EU + Written Test
Self-study online training on the Internal Competition to prepare yourself at your own pace. The training has been designed to guarantee you cover all the knowledge needed for the MCQ and acquire the competences required in the written test, autonomously at your own pace. Explanatory videos are provided. These videos focus in reviewing the most important aspects to consider for the exam, particularly in the written test, and in checking the content and potential main mistakes made in the tests.
The course consists of:
- + 1200 questions for the MCQ test on knowledge on the EU and its institutions
- Each MCQ questions contains feedback-further information.
- Written tests for practice with key notes provided for their solution
- Compilation of study materials
- Pre-examination orientation session (date to be confirmed,10 days, aprox, before the exam) (online (via zoom), session will be recorded)
- Videos and materials will be accessible for one year.
You will have up to four attempts to practice each mock test in exam-like conditions. Note that if you don’t finalise the test counts as 1 try, like any real exam, but after each try taken, you can work on your results and the feedback of the questions to study without limitation. Videos and materials will be accessible for one year.

YSE – COM Internal Competition training: Only WRITTEN Test
The course is composed of 4 sessions (session’s distribution may change according to the competition calendar set by the European Commission). During the sessions, we’ll cover some theory and written test comments and advice, besides guidance during the whole process. Places are limited.
The course consists of:
- 3 dedicated sessions for theory and analysis of the written tests (online via ZOOM) (all sessions will be recorded)
- Written tests for practice with key notes provided for their solution
- 4 written test exercises individually reviewed
- Pre-examination orientation session (10 days, aprox, before the exam)
- Limited study group
- Videos and materials will be accesible for 1 year.
The course will have the following sessions and dates:
- Internal COM WRITTEN-I session (1h): December 3 – 12.30 (CET, Madrid, Brussels)
- Internal COM WRITTEN-II session (1h): December 17 – 12.30 (CET, Madrid, Brussels)
- Internal COM WRITTEN-III session (1h): 2025 January 7 – 12.30 (CET, Madrid, Brussels)
- Pre-exam session (1h): (date to be confirmed depending on the date of the exam)
All sessions will be online (via zoom), scheduled between 12:30 and 14:30pm (CET, Madrid, Brussels) and will be in English (material and tests provided will be available in English). All sessions will be recorded so that participants can review them later. Videos and materials will be accessible for one year.
